• Non-returnable items: sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, perishable items, and hazardous materials.
  
• If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
  
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
